1. Acceptance of ServiceBy accessing and using The International Matrimony website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Membership Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal marriageable age in your country).
You should be unmarried, widowed, or legally divorced.
Registration is allowed only with the consent of yourself, your family members, or close friends.
3. Verification DocumentsAll registered members are required to provide the following verified documents:
Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
Birth Certificate
Work/Employment Certificate
Police Verification
4. Member ResponsibilitiesMembers agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
Follow all company policies, instructions, and guidelines.
Maintain respectful and professional conduct towards staff and the process.
Fulfill all membership duties faithfully and diligently.
5. Matchmaking & Responsibility
Once a match is accepted by both parties and the relationship is finalized, all future responsibility regarding the relationship lies solely with the respective members.
Matches will be provided by the company, and meetings will be arranged by the company. However, when a relationship will develop and with whom it will happen is entirely in the hands of both families and God.
6. Unauthorized Use and Violations
Any unauthorized use, misuse, or violation of the company’s systems, profiles, or rules is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Profile Sharing & Contact Information
Members are not allowed to request contact details of potential matches directly.
All communication and contact will be coordinated solely by the company.
Matches will only be shared after mutual consent.
8. Match Availability & Appointments
Curated match profiles will primarily be shared on weekends.
For in-person meetings, members must schedule an appointment with the office.
9. Office Hours & Contact
Members may contact the office only on working days from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
The office may remain closed on public holidays.
10. Conduct & Discipline
Members are strictly prohibited from misbehaving, abusing, or pressuring company employees, especially in case of a rejected match.
Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of membership.
11. Privacy & Data Security
All member information is kept completely confidential.
Limited information may be shared with potential matches only after their consent.
12. Payment & Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Membership packages and fees may be changed by the company without prior notice.
13. Termination of Services
Membership may be suspended or terminated if false information is provided or Terms & Conditions are violated.
The company is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use of its services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
नियम एवं शर्तें
1. सेवा की स्वीकृतिThe International Matrimony की वेबसाइट और सेवाओं का उपयोग करके आप यह स्वीकार करते हैं कि आप इन नियमों और हमारी गोपनीयता नीति के पालन के लिए बाध्य हैं।
2. सदस्यता पात्रता
आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष (या कानूनी विवाह योग्य आयु) होनी चाहिए।
आप अविवाहित, विधवा/विधुर, या कानूनी रूप से तलाकशुदा होना चाहिए।
केवल स्वयं या पारिवारिक सदस्य की सहमति से पंजीकरण करें।
3. सत्यापन दस्तावेज़
सभी रजिस्टर्ड सदस्यों को निम्नलिखित सत्यापित दस्तावेज़ प्रदान करना अनिवार्य है:
सरकारी पहचान पत्र (Aadhaar, Passport आदि)
जन्म प्रमाण पत्र
कार्य/रोजगार प्रमाण पत्र
पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन
सत्यापन पूरा न होने पर सदस्यता निलंबित या अस्वीकार की जा सकती है।
4. सदस्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ
सही, सटीक और पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करना।
कंपनी के दिशानिर्देशों, नीतियों और आदेशों का पालन करना।
कर्मचारियों और प्रक्रिया के प्रति सम्मानजनक व्यवहार रखना।
सदस्यता से जुड़े सभी कर्तव्यों का ईमानदारी से पालन करना।
5. मैचिंग और जिम्मेदारी
एक बार मैच दोनों पक्षों द्वारा स्वीकार किए जाने के बाद, भविष्य में संबंध की जिम्मेदारी केवल संबंधित सदस्यों की होगी।
कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार की शादी या रिश्ता तय करने की गारंटी नहीं देती।
6. अनधिकृत उपयोग और उल्लंघन
कंपनी की प्रणाली, प्रोफाइल या नियमों का कोई भी अनधिकृत उपयोग स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
उल्लंघन करने पर सदस्यता समाप्त की जा सकती है और कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
7. प्रोफ़ाइल साझा करना और संपर्क विवरण
सदस्यों को मैच के संपर्क विवरण सीधे मांगने की अनुमति नहीं है।
संवाद और संपर्क केवल कंपनी द्वारा आयोजित किया जाएगा।
मैच केवल तब साझा किए जाएंगे जब दोनों पक्ष सहमति दें।
8. मैच उपलब्धता और अपॉइंटमेंट
मुख्य रूप से सप्ताहांत में मैच प्रोफाइल साझा किए जाएंगे।
व्यक्तिगत बैठक के लिए कार्यालय में अपॉइंटमेंट आवश्यक है।
9. कार्यालय समय और संपर्क
सदस्यों को कार्यदिवसों में सुबह 10:30 बजे से शाम 7:30 बजे तक कार्यालय से संपर्क करना चाहिए।
रविवार और सार्वजनिक छुट्टियों पर कार्यालय बंद रह सकता है।
10. व्यवहार और अनुशासन
किसी भी अस्वीकारे हुए मैच के दौरान या अन्य परिस्थितियों में कर्मचारियों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार या अभद्र व्यवहार की अनुमति नहीं है।
उल्लंघन करने पर सदस्यता तुरंत समाप्त की जा सकती है।
11. गोपनीयता और डेटा सुरक्षा
सदस्यों की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी पूरी तरह से गोपनीय रखी जाती है।
केवल संभावित मैचों के साथ सीमित जानकारी साझा की जाती है, और केवल उनके अनुमोदन के बाद।
12. भुगतान और रिफंड नीति
सभी शुल्क गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं।
पैकेज और सदस्यता शुल्क कंपनी द्वारा बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदल सकते हैं।
13. सेवा समाप्ति
यदि कोई सदस्य जानकारी में भ्रामक है या नियमों का उल्लंघन करता है, तो उनकी सदस्यता निलंबित या समाप्त की जा सकती है।
कंपनी किसी भी हानि या नुकसान की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती।
14. लागू कानून
ये नियम एवं शर्तें नई दिल्ली, भारत के कानूनों के तहत संचालित होंगी।
किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में, केवल दिल्ली की न्यायालयें क्षेत्राधिकार रखती हैं।
